The Challenge:

Build a dynamic loyalty program from the ground-up

Luckie wanted to build a market-leading, and completely secure, Customer Loyalty application. The brief needed to understand, plan and integrate a huge variety of expertise covering SaaS, software development, data management, CDPs (customer data platforms) and marketing automation. The objective was to create a super-secure and future-proof customer loyalty scheme and application.

The solution needed deep expertise across some of the market’s most challenging technologies. Understanding that the application needed to be secure, transparent, easy-to-use, lightweight and personalized to the customer, our consultancy team mapped-out a unique solution. We recommended Blockchain as the backend to maintain transaction records and data integrity. On top of this, we built a lightweight PWA (Progressive Web App) and we overlaid an AI driven marketing automation platform to reach and collect customer data.
