During this unprecedented time, we hope this note finds you and your families healthy and well. Theorem, like most companies, is highly concerned about the spread of the Coronavirus and is taking it very seriously. The health and safety of our employees is our highest priority. We are also committed to taking the necessary steps to minimize impact on your, and subsequently our own business.
The first of these steps is education and prevention. Theorem is following all of the recommended guidelines related to personal and office hygiene, including increased cleaning, revised sick and travel policies, screening of all visitors and of course, social distancing.
While there has been no disruption in our operations thus far, our COVID19 response team is meeting daily to continue to discuss, prepare for and enact our business continuity plans required to continue meeting our service commitments. This includes but is not limited to enablement of work from home in our delivery centers, increased communication protocols, hardware and software updates, and ensuring connectivity.
This will be an ever-evolving plan and focus until the virus is eradicated. Theorem is committed to having solutions in place to minimize disruptions to your business. We are also dedicated to communicating and working with you to make the appropriate decisions should issues or conflicts arise.
